WITHTEETH
Asus A8N32-SLI <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I still like this one personally. It also comes with a built in sound processor, it will eat up a few more processes from your CPU with built in but you save more money. This one is also AMD, compatible with SLI. You might also want to consider SATA Hardrives, i find them easier to play with, and they are suppose to be a bit faster naturally. both motherboardes, yours and this one i see support SATA. WITHTEETH
Even with a penny pinchers attitude, i think its best to get the BEST motherboard out there because its the last thing you ever want to upgrade. kumquatq3
I found it! I found it! I'm going to need this. "Of course the people don't want war. Arkan
Ok, can someone tell me what the "fastest" AMD processor there is in terms of Ghz? Highest I see is about 2.4 or thereabouts, but with Intel you see upwards of 3.8 and such. What is the difference? "Of course the people don't want war. WITHTEETH
Not as expensive as a processor or Graphic card, but still they range from about $90 bucks to $230. I would call that kinda pricey, yet I would still buy a cheaper CPU, or Graphic card to get the better MoBo. This way i can always upgrade to a better cpu or Graphic card. I believe the best one available, at least widely, is this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16819103544 Or if you step back .2 ghz you can get this one for $300 less: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16819103546 The X2 is basically their processors made for high end 3D graphics. kumquatq3
I like it, but unless you have windows, don't forget the cost of the operating system. Also, you have to figure in the cost of the case, unless your using an old one. Make sure the mother board fits the case. Also, you need a power supply, 40-50 bucks. Is that mother board 1 or 2 PCI-E slots. 1 if fine imo, but two is nice. Kinda like having extra USB slots, can't hurt. Just curious, mainly. Also, buy me a computer too.
