I prpose we concoct a list of 50 non-combat things that suck, which can be directed at your fancy pants players.

 

For example, getting hideously drunk, getting off with the wrong girl, and waking up to moderate a forums full of lunatics while your head feels like it's stuffed with ants eggs.

 

Also consider giving them ennui penalties to their stats for finding everything so tediously easy.

Actually, the dragon/elemental campaign isnt much fun at all really. Sometimes it feels like a pure waste of time.

Maybe make the person drink every time their character uses a non-standard power. Or hits with a critical roll. Or kills an NPC. Or does something a human cannot do ...?

Drow were neat for a while, especially in the original Fiend Folio, until everyone and their sister's brother's cousin started chanting "DRIZZT! DRIZZT!" That killed it for me.

 

I was always partial to the artwork in the original Fiend Folio, for both the Drow and the Githyanki (and the Revenant).

 

I like Drow if we're playing an evil campaign, especially when we're in the Underdark. Or in Neverwinter Nights: HoU expansion. But otherwise they're too common to be as "rare" as they should be in most people's minds.
