The mayor said for people to come back, though state and federal officials advised against it then later on he agreed.

 

On a side note, I think it would be best for people not to go back to the gulf region till after the hurricane season.

That is why I live in the Foothills of California... we don't get natural disasters.

Ames, Iowa isn't so bad but I am wondering if drunken students on a rampage would be considered a natural disaster. At least they didn't throw the goal posts from the football stadium into the on campus lake.
