Yes. It has been cut

If it is ingame. Depends on the platform.

 

PC: No, but it can be added back in by downloading it and then cheating over there.

X-Box: Yes. It is in, but since X-Box has no console you need an "Action-Replay" to visit it...

And just to preclude any mix-ups, the HK Factory is the one that was supposed to be in that bunker complex on Telos surface, and is being restored by the Restoration Team, and the Droid Planet M7-whatever was also cut but will not be restored.

 

I think I've got them the right way around :lol:

The droid planet is called M4-78, not M7-whatever.

You can cheat and get to the droid factory, but I don't think it's really playable. The Restoration Project is attempting to put it back in the game.
