Adarious Mistdancer
I meant Heroes. BTW: Might and Magic VI was the highlight of the series. World of Xeen was great, though. I loved the whole series, except for the accursed Might and Magic IX. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What of Might & Magic VII ... that was the first I played and I loved it. I tried 9 and tossed it to the recycle bin. One thing I liked about VII was the whole 'we own a castle' deal... but the gameplay in it was good too as was the story and most other aspects. Cantousent
Well, if HoMM V is any good, maybe they'll produce a M&M X. As for HoMM V, it looks freakin sweet! Can't wait to get my hands on it.
Darth Barth
"3D HoMM is, well... not HoMM." How come? If the turn-based gameply survives; I don't see any problem with modernizing the series. Especially with Nival on the reins. Now that is a good developer. Rage of Mages, Silent Storm, Nightwatch, Blitzkrieg; fantsy games, strategy, turnbased games. They have the means, now we just have to see if they can deliver. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That is a game I wouldn't refer to in the positive. WHAT A HORRIBLE NIGHT TO HAVE A CURSE. The Coordinator
Don't bother getting both. Each HoM&M game is just the game before it with graphical enhancements. Just get 4 and don't bother with the previous ones. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> HoM&M III is the best. The graphics of part IV are not that much better. But the music in III is more epic than IV. Musopticon?
Yeah, Homm 3 is a bit better than 4. It was more modable also, and the community was vibrant. kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. Darkside
Then Zelda: Ocarina of Time comes out and some people swear it's the greatest video game of all time. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's because it is. Anyone ever heard of Warriors of Might and Magic? That game sucked. Bad.
