I think just swords and such. If they did effect light sabers also it probably say in description. Like close combat says it also effect ranged weapons.

Weapon finesse: Melee weapons and weapon profencies: Melee (or how to spell) are for the other non-saber melee weapons only (why have finesse: Lightsaber or weapon profencies: Lightsaber otherwise?)

Flurry and Critical Strike do work with Lightsabers.

Even Power Attack, and Two Weapon Fighting...

Yes, yes. Those too. But I rarely use Power Attack. Though I always use TWF. Whether for dual-wielding or for a double-bladed sabers.
