I have been completely baffeled why dark side characters, both in KotOR I and II, wear spandex suits while LS characters are in their skivvies. Can anyone explain this to me??

I was confused by this as well. Not that I'm in the habit of having my characters trail around in their undies or anything... ;)"

Yeah I was a little dissapointed that Dark Side characters get a change of underwear but Light Side characters don't . Maybe it's because the Dark Side characters are in a constant extreme state of fear and have to change a lot......

More like "I am an evil [fill in blank here]! I shouldn't have to put up with cold! You, random passer-by! Surrender your thermal underwear that I might be warm and insulated around my nether regions when flying through space... or DIE!".

Probably to hide some rather nasty Darkside Skin Rot....

I mean damn it could be like leprousy :|

Yeah, that's my line of thought as well.

Hmmm.. so far my character always starts off with the full spandex body suit. In K1 you just had to equip a dark jedi robe to change the underwear - they didn't have to actually BE dark side. In K2 I didn't notice any ability to change undies.. everyone except Handmaiden had the spandex going on.
