Knights of the Old Republic III: Cantina Tycoon. You play the role of a wayward twi'lek pimp who sets up cantinas all over the galaxy. You get to hire bands, twi'lek dancers, and juggle your expenses while serving drinks to patrons of all sorts! It's such an awesome idea. Who wants to publish my game?
