Xbox version patched via Xbox Magazines Demo Disc?

Featured Replies

I'm not sure if it's even possible, but it would be nice if Obsidian or LA would put a "patch" or something on the Official Xbox Magazine's Demo disc to resolve some of the bugs customers are experiencing with the Xbox version of Kotor2.

Would be a great idea. I'd **** my pants if they actually cared enough to bother doing it though.

Its not Obsidian's call, but if Lucas Arts let them do it I don't see why Obsidian wouldn't.

That

They do place patchs on those discs...

That's probably because K1 did support XBOX Live, and so they wanted to encourage people to pay for that service.  As K2 doesn't, such discouragement would only be vindictive.  <_<

Ah, but what does LucasArts care about people paying for Microsoft's Live service? I don't believe it was professional courtesy, since it's quite obvious they don't give a damn about other companies' concerns.

"The game's not ready yet!" "Yeah, well it's Christmas. Ho ho f-ing ho."

Maybe I misinterpreted what I read, but I'm pretty sure they didn't put the KOTOR patch on a disk because they couldn't. Again, i'm not 100% positive, but that's what I thought i read/heard from numerous sources. *shrugs*

It would be nice if Obsidian or LA would actually said something like this.
