Who voted BG 1? :p

 

It wasn't my vote, but again, would there be a PS:T without BG1? I think BG1 is extremely important. It revived D&D games. I also enjoyed it more than BG2.

I was under the impression that your main gripe was with the dichotomy between a character's high level and an enemy's low level which would make up for uninteresting and extremely easy combat, which in turn would just pointlessly drag on. If I'm wrong, then I apologize.

 

Regardless, while Fallout combat was far from perfect, animation speed toggles reduced much of the downtime involved in AI and player turns.
