Anyone figured out this one? So far the best I can get is for the Militia's Second-in-Command guy to agree to speak up when someone bad mouths Jedi.

Hmmm, I would suggest before talking to the civilians around Khoonda that you unequip you're lightsaber, the very sight of it made them wet theirselves when I attempted to talk to them.

yeah,my habit is to have a lightsaber(s) equipped for one weapon set and nothin for the other,so when in town i switch to bare hands,and when im goin to fight i switch to my saber(s).thats if i decide not to fight bare knuckles of course

Yeah, that quest is still open for me as well.
