On Telos

On Telos, when you go to the military base, if you go all the way to the southeast part of the map, you will see an exit point for the lower levels of the military base. Yet when you get there the door is magnetically sealed. HOW do you get down there, or can you at all?

 

I have noticed several locations throughout the game that are on the map, but you can't get to them no matter what console you go to or how high your security skill is.

I take it no one knows the answer to this? See for yourself, in the military base, if you go to the southeast part of the map there is an exist point for the "sub base". I think it has to be an unfinished portion of the game. Perhaps the devs originally had an extra portion of the base, then simply took it out and forgot to remove it from the map.

Same question here. I never noticed it, but my husband who is playing the game now was asking me if I ever got in there. He retraced his steps through the military base pretty carefully but never found a way in.

Yeah...I've found a couple of spots like that...Telos Academy's turbolift for one.
