I wouldn't expect it before the evening (european time).

You'll have to wait a couple of hours, i'd say about 10 hours or so.

IGN usually updates around 0200 of the next day GMT. So their December 3rd update will occur at 0200 on December 4th.

Which time zone are they in?

I believe they are pacific time.
