October 4, 200421 yr I look at this forum and i see threads like "kotor 3 and eu", "meet skywalker in kotor 2/3"... I'm suprised because the last (and only one) news (rumour actually) I heard about it was that it was aborted early. Did I miss something or are you just hoping a possible third opus?

October 4, 200421 yr Indeed. The cancellation of KotOR3 is actually a good thing, imo. I don't want LucasArts to be making it. Rather Bio or Obs.
October 4, 200421 yr many people have said that kotor3 will be an xbox 2 title and im hoping it is most big developers such as lucasarts, ea and rumours of bungie have already recieved their xbox 2 dev kits i think it will be better because they could improve on and add many more interactive aspects and improve graphics vastly plus if the guys at microsoft decide to use blue-ray cd's which have alredy been chosen as the format for ps3 (new technology developed like dvd's except can hold more data and play High Definition video) read the ign future formats news, a lot more data stored can result in a much larger game exciting stuff but just my speculation
October 4, 200421 yr I'd prefer KotOR3 to be very similar to the other two, in graphics and gameplay, to get a true feeling of a trilogy. So that would mean no Xbox 2. They can use Knights of the New Republic for that.
October 4, 200421 yr If they are making a third game....I think it should take place around Darth Bane's uprising....That would be an interesting timeline for KOTOR3....The huge war where the Sith fight the Jedi and then at the end kill eachother...
October 4, 200421 yr If there can be 12 Final Fantasies, there can be 12 KotORs... I hope so atleast :D. The only difference is that each FF game has a different story and its not the same Jedi vs Sith battle...

October 4, 200421 yr Unfortantly the fact that they are holding back Kotor 3 to be on XBOX 2 then it might suggest that they are only going to make 3. October 4, 200421 yr If there wasnt no Jedi vs Sith fight SW would be pretty boring for me.....I read the EU where the Republic and the Empire Remnants faught the Yuuzhan Vong....I was like where is the lightsaber clashes...It was a bore....So the Jedi vs Sith fight will keep me buying games.
