Like i said before and i will say again...No competition. Anakin all the way

anakin is always too emotional - his reasons for going to the dark side are emotional. Bastila is cold and logical, therefore a superior fighter. Bastila could beat anakin mentally due to superior thinking, anakin's sole advantage is his strength and sabre combat, he is naught upstairs. He is moldable, and is mentally not very strong as palpatine molds him like putty, bastila is a tougher nut to crack and therefore she could force a great deal of will on him

 

Yoda didn't beat dooku because he is not an offensive type. dooku was yoda's padawan and yoda was till trying to teach him stuff, and dooku bolted before yoda taught him that much needed final lesson.
