I'll just pick Bastila because she had more dialogue and significance to the plot. As far as looks go, I might have to go with Bastila again, but Mira (based on the concept art, I hear the in-game model is kind of ugly) or the younger white haired Jedi that everyone refers to as "Atris" might be contenders.
