Zabasin
New here, my friends and me start playing grounded last week. I was thinking if they let you go inside the house. It was a different act. Let me know what you guys think? By the way I love this game its super fun.
AnAmericanNerd
Yeah I’m really hoping we get to go in the house. I’d love to be able to do so by going under the porch and having to fight a Rat boss. That sounds fun and terrifying hahaha
Johnny Wirick
i hope so. but i'm pretty sure that won't happen until the yard is complete. we still have an area of the east yard that's not finished. the pond isn't fully complete, and the north yard has nothing but grass and the unfinished shed. that could easily be another year away, but i look forward to it. Being able to kill even the smallest mouse would really kill immersion. If you look for example at WoW bosses how big (small) they were at launch compared to what they are in the latest DLC's you'll see what I mean. Literal ant sized player characters fighting cat sized bosses, its stupid. Making enemies bigger and bigger just causes inflation and quite soon no opponent feels remarkable regardless of size. What the developers could do, is to give us the ability to shrink mice, ravens, snakes or whatever to smaller size and then fight them. For example you could lure a boss to the shrink ray platform and zap them to a more manageable size. There is a shrink ray at the heart of the game concept after all.
