Hey do you guys know if they ever fixed that bug where guards aggro when you attempt the bounty in Neketaka etc.  I was going to try turn based but heard it still had a few bugs.  That was one of them that I remember.

Is that turn based specific?

It happened to me several times in rtwp, too. One really has to watch out that no bystanders get hurt by anything or anyone. Waiting till night might thin out the number of random npcs wandering around. 

Don't think any patch addressed this but I maybe wrong. 

Im pretty sure in turn based they aggro even with no AOE spell casted.  In RtwP they have never aggro unless I cast some chill fog or something (makes sense to me).

i believe they should have fixed it - it was in the pre-5.0 issues. i don't do TB a lot though so I can't personally vouch for it.

As of my last TB playthrough about a year ago it's still an issue. Splattering the guards doesn't seem to get you enough negative rep to lock you out of anything, at least
