Mandalore is a person AND a planet. The leader of the Mandalorians chose the title Mandalore for some reason or another....probably to confuse everyone.

 

(And I would like to learn more about Exar Kun as he was supposed to be the greatest Sith Lord ever.)

I don't think the Mandalore is the name of the Mandalorian's homeworld, at least in KotOR no one mentioned that.
