Hi community, being away for a while and back! I'm testing this helm and found that it can only be triggered by hits or crits, not from dam ticks, I wonder if there is a way to continually trigger the +10% freeze slash from it? Thanks!

Everything that pulses should trigger it with every pulse (that hits): Chillfog, Wall of Flames, Tanglefoot, Wicked Briars and so on.
