January 28, 20206 yr I believe that was changed. Several people reported that not much happened if the enemies seem to have no buffs at all. Some might have hidden buffs though. March 25, 20205 yr No idea but in my game it seems to work like that. Also does it with the blackened plate healing them. Must be a bug but works very nice.
