dumb question - i thought wall of draining always worked, regardless of whether an enemy had a buff or not, so long as it hit?

I believe that was changed. Several people reported that not much happened if the enemies seem to have no buffs at all. Some might have hidden buffs though.

For example I can't get any durations out of CRE_Dummy anymore.

I doesn't work if the target is without anything in "beneficial effects ".

Equip Baubles of Fin and the cast mirror image which transfers benefit to enemies. Thank you

Huh? How does the casting of Mirrored Image transfer the effects of Baubles of the Fin to enemies?

No idea but in my game it seems to work like that. Also does it with the blackened plate healing them.

Must be a bug but works very nice.
