One of the possible  classes of Rekke is barbarian. so are the people of yezuha of a culture considered "barbarian" ?

If they fall into the trope of planet of hats then yeah probably. Just like every Klingon is a dumb brute yet still created the technology for interstellar travel.

Class description doesn’t assign many tropes traditionally associated with barbarians. It focuses more on their fighting technique. In addition Rekke might not be representative of entire culture, unless you want to suggest that they all have a soft spot for arson.

Barbarians? Probably not.  Do they have plenty of mutants?  Absolutely. 

Meanwhile, in a parallel universe where the PoE games happen in Yezuha, someone is asking "are the Vailians paladins?"
