I have the original Pillars plus the two White March upgrades...

 

 

 

Would getting "Pillars of Eternity Definitive" give me anything new or do I have all Definitive has...??

 

 

In game content? Definitive edition gives you nothing that you don't already have.

There is free "Deadfire Pack", which is incuded in Definitive Edition and which was released for free for owners of PoE1. It's essencially a PoE2 tease by addition of some neat items. 

Don't buy it. The Deadfire Pack can be downloaded for free.
