March 16, 20196 yr Don't know if it is correct, but the following post suggests it is a random drop: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/106822-where-can-you-find-the-wahaki-tua-unique-amulet/ Which I find strange. If you really want it you can always give it to yourself through the ingame console or with Unity Console.
