I showed contract to Sissak and resolved  quest without conflict. Then I killed him and all his minions inside his nest. Slide at the end of the game shows that Sissak and his colony settled under Neketaka.

ending slide seems to recognize certain flag over npc death

like how furrante are still alive in ending slide if player send aeldys on the voyage then kill furrante

Thank you for the heads up on this!  I'll put a report together and send it to the Narrative team for an investigation.  If you discover anything else about these end game slides please continue to post about it here as I will link this thread to the bug report to be used as a reference.
