TheRealDrMcCoy Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 Any chance of getting GNU/Linux support? And macOS support, for that matter? 4
raaben Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 I've sadly only seen Windows/Xbox/PS4 mentioned so far. Here's to hoping Obsidian will continue with Linux/Mac love; would be a day 1 purchase for me if so.
blauser Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 The copy I've seen only mentions PC, which I understand usually means just Windows PCs. Let's hope they do continue supporting Linux, or, at the very least, officially supporting Valve's Proton option.
ODDizee Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 I'm going to keep a close eye on this for sure. I have Pillars of Eternity and was grateful for the Linux support there, which works great. I understand this might be a significantly larger undertaking to "port" although if multiplatform support was planned from the beginning it needn't be too painful to have it work. Either way, on my Wish and Watch list it goes

Oter2k Posted December 11, 2018 Posted December 11, 2018 +1 for Linux I've enjoyed Pillars and Tyranny immensely on Linux, and would really like for Obsidian to continue their support of Linux as a viable platform for gaming <3 Linux ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
