Torm51 Posted November 24, 2018 Share Posted November 24, 2018 Darcozzi had the undisputed best order talent in POE 1, imo (a +10 ACC buff to Liberating Exhortation that stacked with all ACC buffs) so Obsidian had to give them the worse order talent in POE 2?
