A couple months after Deadfire's release we decided to make the collectible items from the Scavenger Hunt available to everyone as there were issues getting this to work with GOG, and the fact we also had people from other platforms that also wanted to enjoy these cool items. As a result we made them all available through a vendor in Port Maje who is unlocked using Berath's Blessings. Information about this can be seen in the patch notes for the 1.2.2 update. So in short, everyone already owns them since they're already available I hope this helps clear up some things!
