[3.0.2] Charge is missing a baseline 20 accuracy

Question

Found from this thread: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/106473-charge-really-useless-now/?p=2108972

Basically, every single ability and attack has a baseline accuracy of 20, on top of which perception, ability, power level, etc. modifiers are added. For some reason, Charge is missing this.

Compare against another attack:

Maybe it's a leftover from the last bugfix to Charge: it didn't have a hit roll at all (like Minor Missiles). The fix doesn't seem to have been applied properly.

Hey everyone!

Thanks for the heads-up about the missing accuracy on Charge!  I put it in a report and sent it to the QA and Systems Design teams for investigation.  As usual, if you notice anything else about this, or any other abilities that have this occur, please let me know and I'll pass it along to the team.

Thanks again everyone!
