I don't exactly remember what happened, but two of the Unique Weapon was in my stash. I guess the drop was doubled, or reward + loot from corpse.

 

Furthermore, though this bug is not related to the topic, Unbalancing Strikes is not removed from the UI even after my character unequipped the weapon.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
