Anybody knows how to maximize critrate for spells? It's dependent on accuracy, right?

 

Makes me think Wiz would be best for awareness buff and merciless gaze.. or is rogue or fighter a better choice?

 

And are there any specific debuffs i should consider when maximizing spellcrit?

Warlock (Berserker/Wizard) or Battlemage I'd say.

 

Most crit dmaage will most likely come from a blooded Streetfighter or an Assassin when casting from invisibility or stealth. 

Cypher/Wizard for his +20 accuracy shouldn't be ignored. 

 

Chain-spamming spells that target Reflex and debuff dexterity at the same time is a great way to start. There are a few other options available to reduce enemy defences as well.

Hmm i wanted to try a cipher build around "the complete self" spamming mindblades hoping for infinite focus through crits.

 

so far no succes, may try again with fighter + deadeye.

Or, you know, play an Ascendant, who actually has infinite Focus starting at level 1 (for a limited time, initially, but still...).

There are nice weapons in the game that can instantly max your Focus and make you Ascend (Kitchen Stove Thunderous Report, Amira's Wing Wilting Wind).

Also Ascension time depends on Int score (Hint: Monk: Duality of Mortal Presence) and can be greatly extended with Cleric Salvation of Time.

I am but i wanted to see if one could make it work without a weapon
