I managed to beat her, but after i left the place and re-entered it, she spawns again. So, you can beat her several times and always get the Mythical Adra Stone. Äh and now i have around 50 Luminous Adra Dust, because the little spiderlings drop it (one time i got adra ban too).

I don't think it is intented xd

:woot:  You mean now I can finally craft scrolls of Miraculous Healing?

Yes, probably unintended. But it's near the end of the game and will probably not make much difference until they add more mega bosses.

I loaded a previous save game and there i had 4 adra ban, now i got 6. So you get from the little spiderlings one adra ban i think.

Sounds like a bug, no pun intended. Perhaps you should post this to the technical support sub-forum?

First fight - 1 Adra ban

Second fight - 1 Adra ban

Third fight - 2 Adra ban

Fourth fight - 3 Adra ban

Seems it is random how much you get.

On a side note: Charm of bones gets recharged after the fight as well. So you don't lose any charges.

Hi,

I will post bugs related to Belranga fight. Would you mind if I tag this thread along with the bug I found?

Did you do it at PotD? How long did it take? I tried him for laughs, and his bar didn't go past 75 percent health :(

Potd upscaled. It definitly takes around 15+ minutes, after you could use gouging strike on it, with max combat speed enabled.

Jesus Christ. And how do you stay alive then? I had Ancient Memory and Zealous Endurance - not remotely close to enough :(

Ok, I watched the video several times, and I am a bit confused as to what you did. It seems like your hiding in the entrance corner until the mother spider dies. So what was damaging the spider?

Rogue gouging strike. It deals raw damage, so it pens all the time. Brand Enemy deals ony 2, because it is fire based and has a penetration of only 12.3 and she got 17 Fire armor.

But you have a melee weapon on, and I don't see you attacking on the screen? Did you switch to a ranged weapon?

Two more questions:

1. How did you get the spider's defense so low when all I see is Brand Enemy and Gouging Strike?

2. Can any DoT - for instance, the Ranger's Accurate Wounding Shot - have the same effect?

1. Kill the spiderlings. One kill -1 deflection. Use Scrolls to kill many of em.

2. No. Gouging strike is the only talent i know, what deals raw damage and lasts until the combat ends.

Wait.... is Gouging Strike and Brand Enemy indefinite? Once hit they will chip on enemy health until they die? From what I undestand you killed enough small spiders to get her defences low, and the hit her with brand enemy+Gouging strike and hide in a corner until she is dead?

Correct. But that was since the beginning of patch 1.0, that both talents work this way.

Ah, got it. So it is advantageous to kill the ads first. I left them alone in my sole try and tried to nuke the boss.

Also, Gouging Strike seems ridiculously over-powered if it indeed lasts until combat ends...

Also, is there a way to prevent you from petrified or paralyzed or whatever that the spider(s) did? A trinket or skill just for this fight? It seemed like half of my crew were perma-stunned.

Shark Soup prevents that

Sorry, one more question:

Can you stack multiple Brands and Gouging Strikes if you have multiple Paladins or Rogues, as I often do?

Fantastic; thanks!

Yay! Good to know. I have been trying to minimize damage, by using Dex resistance items. It moves it to paralize, which while still deadly, doesn't insta kill companions when she does her shaut. I ended up cheesing the fight by endlessly spawning summoned weapons with chanter from hinding. Will try to kill her in a more legit way sometime later.

Did you succeed nonetheless? And how long did it take you?
