She is supposed to sell it after talking to Rosanella about it. I've put in a bug for this to have the QA and Programming teams investigate and get a fix in. In the meantime, the item should be in the basket behind Birna and can be stolen. I hope that helps and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
