August 6, 20187 yr for bow or rifle ranger multiclass, I know rogue is good, anything else that's on par with rogue or better such as cipher or barb or fighter. whats the pro/con of these multiclass?
August 6, 20187 yr Monk is always decent and worth considering ...has tenacious, swift flurry, duality. Monk/barb/fighter/rogue are all pretty much the same pure “pew pew” character. Going cipher (I’d go ascendant myself) adds a new aspect for buffs, debuffs, cc and damage spells...though you’ll probably out dps most damage spells just auto attacking. Edit: I don’t have any hard numbers to back it up, but I’d guess that best dps would go to ranger/Paladin (bleak walker) spamming flames of devotion with dual pistols. August 6, 20187 yr Author compare ranged dps ranger/monk, barb or cipher, are they about same or one is obivious better than other. also how does ranger/monk play? i thought monk is more melee dps.
August 6, 20187 yr I am pretty fond of the Monk - just posted an Arquebus / Wanderer build a little further down the front page.
August 6, 20187 yr Helwalker and Dance of death. Max wounds + Thunderous blows is +15 strength so you can cap at 35 easy. add to that lightning strikes for a mini shock lash and all the ranger goodies raising acc, you can really pump out the dps.

Swift Strikes also adds a lot to attack speed - +15%, plus 5 points of Dex - it's sweet. Dance of Death is kind of "eh" until you get Enduring Dance, but at that points its amazing. Add the Red Hand and it's sweet sweet blasts
