wei6219047 Posted August 4, 2018 Share Posted August 4, 2018 (edited) The first step can only upgrade the Master Shaper, other effects can't be upgrade even if I met all the requirements, then when I upgrade the Ondra's Wrath, I can repeat upgrades the Master Shaper again.
