How to get Serafen's reputation to 2?

Hello. Im just wondering about this. I really want to get this hat in order to test one build but i cant get his reputation higher than 1. I already completed his quest and got first gift which is ring or amulet. Do you know what am i supposed to do? Thank you for help!

I got +2 when I finished the quest,but you probably finished it sooner than me.

 

If you can make a joke around him, make one. I think there were some ethicsy things he *might * like, but I can't remember what.

 

If you're looking for an exploit, I don't know of one other console commands.

the one greeting everyone at the entrance and fleetmaster

I think they fixed it so you no longer get +1 and +2 at the same time.

 

I just got +2 after doing a certain slavers quest.
