Patch Notes for 1.2.0.0028

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone!

We have just released a small patch to address the issues noted below. The build should be live now on Steam, GOG, & Origin. We'll have a much larger list of fixes with the 2.0.0 update coming soon.

Version 1.2.0.0028 Patch Notes

  • Resolved a rare client hang that could occur in the Sunepu Beach Scripted Interaction.

  • Resolved an error that was returning players to the main menu when attempting to return to the world map.

  • Resolved an error where loading in to certain maps for some users would return them to the main menu.

  • Addressed an error that was producing black screens when first starting the game.

  • Custom AI windows now overlay and react correctly when multiple are selected.

  • Tooltips for Attributes in the character sheet now appear.

  • Wizard spells are now properly displayed in the AI behavior editor when a grimoire is equipped on the quickbar.

  • Wahai Poraga's extra attacks no longer always launch themselves each time they hit.

  • Deleterious Alacrity of Motion no longer randomizes its status effects.

Will 2.0 update be 'compatible' with 1.2 safes? Or i'll need to start again to get all the new corrections?

There should be no need to start again unless you really want to as your saves will work with the 2.0 update.

Yeah.. it's annoying bug on the passive skills icon. It's reported when it's on beta for a very short time but it seems they decide it doesn't matter.

On the positive side, can't wait for the first DLC! I already finish the game 3 times with almost 400 hours...

Now I'm just messing around with modding...

It looks like a user has figured out and fixed one of the main performance bottlenecks in Pillars 2 that is impacting high end cpu users :https://steamcommunity.com/app/560130/discussions/0/2572002906843374108/

Would be good to get this included in the official patch.

and maybe also the same fix for the GOG users and a compatible NVdia Driver :)
