  1. 1. Should martial powers (Flames of Devotion, Rogue Strikes, Fighter Attacks, etc...) be per encounter instead of using the common resource pool?

    • Yes, make them per encounter and leave the resource pool only for utility powers (pool will be reduced to about 50%: 7 resource at max level). (casters are unaffected)

So what do you guys think?

Is this a good idea?

Considering that I would need to edit 27 abiltities, I would like to have a feedback before I dedicate my time doing this.

Low-tier (1st and 2nd) abililities would be 2 / per encounter

Higher tier (3rd+) abilitities would be 1 / per encounter

This would make taking multiple abilities worthwhile instead of only spamming only 1 damage ability throughout the combat.

Some upgrades would give a +1 per encounter usage

Sounds like a "PoE1 style" mod with a little more variety.  Not unworthy as an alternative mod to mix gameplay up.  Some lower level abilities may need a 2 rather than a 1 for balance but you could figure that out with some testing.

Imho no, the game it's always too easy in his state, adding that could only unbalance it in a different way.

Just my opinion, no offence :)
