February 1, 20196 yr This stuff is all random drops. So far I've been to all locations above and no sapphires. Is there any place where I can find 100% full proof Sapphire? The wiki states shrine of nemnok, but nothings there either.
February 1, 20196 yr Have you done the BoW dlc yet? I am not sure if they are all fixed drops, but you should find a few in there.
