I had this same issue and fixed it by turning off capes, I read about the fix in another thread here.

    "Quit" to main menu, then "Exit" to desktop seems to be a workaround - whereas immediate quit to desktop crashes here always since v1.1.

    Also have this problem since v1.1 , win10(64).

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
