justread Posted June 24, 2018 Share Posted June 24, 2018 You can't have found the notes of Bekarna's Folly and start the quest. Arkemyr is already communicating with the arch mage council and you can give them the notes. Then the quests starts and immediately finishes. But Arkemyr dialogs is stuck too: "do you need directions to Bekarnas tower?". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
