Could you provide at list of quests you can edit with startQuest? Is there a way other than startQuest to reset a quest? Can you remove a quest completly and than start it again?

Description: If you have them ITEM_QUEST_Bekarna_Almanac before robbing Arkemyr you get a bug. When you give the clay tablet to your client, the imp summons you to the Manson. But Arkemyr is already at the glowing pool in the labratory not in his study. He will talk to the council and take the research quest item from you. After this he will talk to you and give you the quest again. The quest is instantly finished. But Arkemys dialog is stuck and will ask if you need directions to the Bekarnas tower. If you cheat and use giveitem ITEM_QUEST_Bekarna_Almanac you can give it to him

You can't have found the notes of Bekarna's Folly and start the quest. Arkemyr is already communicating with the arch mage council and you can give them the notes. Then the quests starts and immediately finishes. But Arkemyr dialogs is stuck too: "do you need directions to Bekarnas tower?".

TL DR: If you take the Archmage Vault Quest but do other quests first glitches will appear (actived communication pool). If you take the Arch Mages Vault Quest, but skip it and get the books of storm and do the Bekarna's Folly quest by chance first (I love driving around randomly and kill discover things), you can't just go to Arkemyr and talk to him. He is not in his study. He sometimes glitches in his labratory at the activate communication pool. Sometimes is just missing. You can use the pool and talk to the arch mage council and Arkemyr. The are talking about Bekarna's studies.

There is still this bug. I was not sure if I want to join the Nobles Without Land. I updated from 1.0.2 to 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 and the bug still persists. The Linux Gog Version is used. "Dunnage I (Two-Eyed-Pim): If you talk to him for the first time and show Benweth's soulenet you can ask for the 4th chair on the consuaglo. However, if you do not choose this option before asking what the consuaglo even is (and you technically don't know very well) the option goes away entirely. This should be still available I reckon even if you ask other questions first as you still have killed Benweth an
