saber still good? did sun and moon get nerfed? what else is good in 1.1

So far I liked Morning Star best. With Charge and Clear Out you could apply Body Blows (-25 fortitude) in an AoE AND have two damage types.

 

Does anybody know if those two still can do this?

Didn't Charge get changed, to just apply stuns and not actually attack?

I used to give that Soulbound mace to Eder, Charge -> instant kills in line.

I'm a fan of polearms , double damage type and the one in the old city is pretty fun to use with it.
