Priest spell blessing not affecting party members (observed when cast by Xoti)

The spell only affects Xoti but not other party members. @developers what kind of infomation do you all need to investigate?

Did you get the Lantern upgrade, that gives you spell resistance?  That affects all spells, not just enemy...  could be they just resisted them?
