On Sleight of Hand: How high does it have to be to loot the real good stuff?

 

Moreover, anyone try the Berath's Blessing that gives better items when you pick-pocket? If yes, is that worth it?

To be perfectly honest with you guys, you might not even have to do this. 

 

I've been looting people's things here and there under Magran's Challange and what I notice is that if my sneak meter is not full, while even in the red, I just wildly mash the 'loot all' button as I am approaching the chest and it just works. But it has to be before the meter fills completely. It feels like there is a split second of loot invincibility for everybody... I kid you not. 

 

Eh, that sounds like the normal stealing mechanic.  There are times too where if you have a high enough level where you can just outright steal in front of their faces with a full meter and not get caught.

Yeah, but it happens to me without putting anything into either mechanics or stealth/pickpocket.  :|
