[Bug]Rot Skulls Become Permanently Equipped

In my party I have been using Tekehu as a companion. At some point over the course of the game, he appears to have equipped a permanent rot skull as a weapon. To the best of my ability to determine, there is no way to unequip or otherwise remove this weapon.

 

In fact, I did not notice this bug until I was attempting the Dirty Laundry quest. I was wondering why the NPCs were attacking me on sight, and after investigating what gear my party had, I found that Tekehu STILL had the rot skull equipped, even after being disguised as a bath attendant. Once I swapped Tekehu out of the group, the quest proceeded normally, without the NPCs attacking.

 

While I have only encountered this bug with Rot Skulls so far, I have not played around with other weapon summoning abilities extensively. It is entirely possible that this bug extends beyond just Rot Skulls.
