the core irrationality is impossible to overcome. vol hears that some rock-for-brains yahoo on the arse end o' the internet made a claim that all white people are racist and he reads as all white people are kkk/nazis. am not denying we has seen such hasty generalizations being made and they offend us. vol clear is also offended by the manifest wrongness o' the hasty generalization fail-- is unfair to label all white folks as nazis 'cause o' the behaviours o' dirtbags. do nothing save nod head sadly and silent condemn racist behaviour may be a morally insufficient response to injustice, but we will leave that fight for another day. regardless, vol is justifiable displeased with the generalization. vol's response to the injustice o' painting an entire group/class/organization with a single oversized brush that colors all members with the sins o' the few or the wrongs o' the one is to do the exact same thing which annoyed him. he now insists every wrong done unto cops, frequent with no information at his disposal save that cops were injured or harmed or killed, is to blame blm and antifa. say what? vol is incapable or unwilling to see his blanket condemnations as mirroring the injustices which originally offended him. dialogue is doomed 'cause the fundamental mistake vol makes, having been pointed out to him dozens o' times by many people, is incomprehensible for vol. for decades we have personal seen vol rabid defend the indefensible with complete conviction. were funny when were game stuff. were amusing when were bioware or obsidian or troika trying to talk vol off the ledge before they reached enlightenment and just accepted vol same way one comes to terms with the inevitable unpleasantness o' monsoons, taxes, and michael bay films. the shtick is vol being vol. am not attacking vol character, 'cause vol, in his defense, is not the one who has changed. 2020 vol is same as 2001 vol and if he were funny then and not now is 'cause our perception o' the shtick has changed. not vol's fault. regardless, am recognizing the impossibility o' making headway 'gainst monsoon vol. he has made a fundamental mistake which is obvious to just about everybody, and the mistake is not that he disapproves o' blm or antifa. as we has noted already, Gromnir has a kinda passionate dislike o' antifa, particular as members is typical younger and educated, and those is the folks we is hopeful will manage to fix problems as they has done in past generations. can't fully express our disappointment with antifa. is not vol's position on blm and antifa which is the problem, and he don't get that either. oh well. the true mind boggling reality for Gromnir is not vol intransigence but fact vol is no longer an outlier. the shtick is not funny in part 'cause is race and not games features, but is all the more disturbing 'cause when we hear vol rail 'gainst blm and antifa, we hear his unreasonableness echoing far beyond this message board. HA! Good Fun!

am actual feeling some sympathy for vol. from our pov, vol went to a darker place during his last few years o' posting, but that is unlikely. chances are the vol in 2000 were only slight different than the 2018 edition. is our perception o' vol which changed based on his less guarded sharing o' how he felt 'bout particular issues. no doubt from vol pov, the treatment he were receiving in 2018 were unfair 'cause is not as if he had changed. oh well, we never had vol on ignore but we also never bothered to read his posts near the end save when such was quoted or when he responded direct to our posts. the thing is, am suspecting vol woulda' been indifferent if we had added him to our ignore list. as low as vol had sunk in our estimation, he didn't require an ego stroke from Gromnir and were unlikely to be offended by the use o' ignore, which we s'pose made him more admirable than a few current posters. ... even so, and am a tiny bit troubled by the admission, we don't much miss 2018 vol. that said, it probable isn't fair to take shots at vol now that he is gone and regardless is complete off-topic. done. HA! Good Fun!

HA! am not feeling guilty 'bout vol. don't actual miss him that much either. we woulda' missed vol ~2000-2018 or so, but not the more recent vol. still, it would be unfortunate if something unpleasant in rl prevents him from posting. nevertheless, and we don't feel guilty admitting, we don't actual miss the recent vol. as for this board, is a hairsplitting question. is still more than a few folks here who joined the obsidian boards day 1... winter o' 2004? however, this board were kinda the natural descendent o' the bis boards, and there were a couple interplay iterations which existed previous to the bis boards. neverwinter were released 2002 and were not developed by bis and it weren't particular relevant to the obsidian boards, so unless the earlier poster were actual referencing nwn2, then am needing assume he were talking pre obsidian boards and pre winter o' 2004... am suspecting if you want the exact date, then look for joined date for amentep or vol... is possible fionavar had a join date a few days earlier than the day 1 for ordinary posters, but we ain't bothered to look and am not genuine curious enough to check. HA! Good Fun!

no. as passed, were indeed criminal. were potential three years in prison for such. 2018 amendment (remember those) made the complicity o' poland aspect defamation and you don't consider amendments as part o' the act anyways, so... you don't even know your own country's laws. prime minister stated how even with amendment, people deserved to be in jail for suggesting polish complicity, but 'cause poland needs exist in an "international context," pressures from US, israel and rest o' europe would be considered and the amendment were added. fail. btw, defamation tort requires a showing o' damages. with rare exceptions, torts is NOT 'bout punishment but is 'bout making a person whole. again, a person needs be made whole. poland is an exception with making it possible for a nation to bring such a claim, for obvious reasons. in the US v. skarpy, the imagined defamation claim, the US would need show actual damages. how? in vol v. skarpy, where vol, a person (sorta) is accusing skarpy o' spurious lies 'bout vol's complicity in the holocaust, vol must show how such lies damaged him... actual damage which could conceivable be repaired by money. lost job. lost clients in business. curiously, loss o' consortium if married and vol's wife/husband leaves because o' the lies, which we always thought were kinda funny but it is a thing. such practicalities is one reason why nations like the US don't create legislation to bring defamation claims. would be tough to make any kinda damage claim w/o also writing into the statute specific damage awards... which means is no longer actual defamation. oh, and is also not a US thing because US notions o' free speech makes such claims kinda repugnant. can't defame or libel the US. period. so to review, again, no. were criminal to suggest poland were complicit in holocaust along with holocaust denial, and the US don't do this kinda nonsense, 'cause is stoopid, wong and violates free speech notions. is nothing in there 'bout Gromnir arguing how the US methods is better than... kanada's? this started with vol, so your tortured argument is becoming more difficult to untangle. am a textualists, but any kinda read o' the above has us seeing your, "what i meant," as bs. "What I meant was: arguing that your country methods are better than methods in other country while the results are not in favor of your country is not very convincing." we didn't actual do what you claim were the point o' your admonition, and recognizing how your correction took multiple posts to find its way into your posts, am calling bs. consider the gaslighting a fail. regardless, given poland's complete free speech fail, regardless and because o' 2018 amendment, as well as now multiple posts by skarp defending, any future discussion o' free speech by skarp must necessarily elicit a condemnation o' hypocrisy. congrats. you started with a two-line defense o' vol which were wholly ignorant and somehow backed yourself into a corner on free speech where you is defending poland's criminalization o' holocaust denialism and defamation o poland complicity. well played? HA! Good Fun!

oh, don't underestimate his value. we mentioned elsewhere that if there were not a person present who misunderstood the 94% silliness making its way 'mongst the covid-19 hoaxers, we would need invent such an improbable person. your mod beats us to the point almost every time. if there is bad science or pro china tyranny argument which needs be rejected, you have identified the most likely candidate to offer himself up like the staked goat in jurassic park. sure, we feel a bit guilty at times, but do not undervalue that kinda predictability. skarpen_one is preternatural capable o' misrepresenting any legal issue and yet nevertheless appears unable to restrain himself from weighing in on those issues. meet a person with a peanut allergy who literal cannot stop themselves from eating peanuts? doesn't exist, right? shouldn't possible exist. skarp_one exists. curious. oro posts such as the following: blm protesters don't deserve compassion or understanding, but white supremacists do? somehow manages to act hurt or offended when his message ain't taken more serious. serious? and am not certain what happened to vol in recent years. every bad cop encounter is by definition the fault o' blm or antifa? vol somehow is God's punishment for the 1619 project? for those o' you who wanna frame every event in US and western history as a result o' institutional supported slavery, vol exists as the extreme opposite living response. maybe one or two others... is some folks who contribute to the board not 'cause there is a point in attempting to debate 'em or move 'em or in the initial case, make 'em at least a little more self aware. those folks may nevertheless serve different purposes. they (how does the mod put it?) "qq" at being "misrepresented" with direct quotes o' their posts. is amusing stuff. oh, and is not as if they is all wrong all the time. have specific noted vol is not always wrong and have agreed with not skarp_one but the others in the past, if only extreme rare. have pointed out how am moderate terrified when vol isn't wrong as is kinda akin to deciphering a warning from Revelations in real time. blm, as o' a couple months ago, were not trademarked. as o' the beginning o' this year, back when we still cared 'bout such stuff and stayed educated, there had been more than a dozen attempts to trademark blm. were even a european attempt. is some slogans which got trademarked, but not "blm," or "black lives matter." am suspecting the trademark efforts has increased since we looked. the biggest problem facing a blm trademark is all the different groups who use blm as their name and slogan. given how widespread is the usage, is difficult to procure trademark rights, and such should only become more difficult. honest don't know 'bout antifa as it were founded in europe like 80 years past and am not sure o' the history o' the euro trademark efforts. regardless, what would be a paradoxical question for a more reflective person is water off a duck's back for vol. such willful indifference must be blissful, no? argument: any group or organization had a founder or founders and those founders constitute a kind of leadership. all groups, no matter how decentralized has a functional leadership history and cannot be described as leaderless. blm had founders and is a recognizable entity. therefore, blm has leaders. now is obvious such logic is strained, but vol cannot see the problem. if any o' the premises fail, so too does the argument, and belief founder=leadership, particular years and even decades removed is a curious conclusion, particular for a group purposefully designed to avoid the need for leadership. is literal dozens, if not hundreds o' groups claiming to be part o' blm with no direct involvement with the founders o' blm or any group whose origin might be attributed to those founders. again, is part o' the difficulty with blm gaining trademark protections 'cause is not particular convincing when any one blm group claims to be the blm. this is another case where vol read something somewhere and got confused... probable 'cause gatewaypundit or breitbart intentional tried to mislead him. blm, as o' june 2020, did not have a trademark, but, for example, a sportswear manufacturer did get a slogan trademarked which included "black lives matter." am honest not recalling the exact slogan, but were ~ a dozen words in length. had to be a bit wordy to be sufficient distinct and unique from blm. 'course this all undercuts vol's conclusion 'bout the blm organization. nobody has a blm trademark in part 'cause in spite o' multiple efforts to do so, there ain't been anybody who sufficient identified as the blm. if vol has a question 'bout trademark, he shouldn't rely on the internet, and particular not the corners where he tends to lurk. please, explain further what is Gromnir's position on antifa and blm. doesn't much sound like our position, but you have such a curiously perverse perspective that we cannot help but wonder what else you will have your imaginary Gromnir proclaim in our absence. am also admitted curious 'bout how vol has come up with comparative murder rates for blm, antifa and the kkk-- am betting he ain't using fbi or any other reputable source. there isn't any kinda blm or antifa leadership of which to speak, so am not sure how they manage to brag. some rando person vol believes is speaking for blm or antifa said something 'bout rape? am gonna need context. will no doubt be disappointed by vol response, but we nevertheless wait for the proofs o' antifa and blm, as organizations, bragging 'bout their use o' rape to advance their goals. vol posts is a bit like watching the lighthouse save that vol is playing all roles and everything is 'bout racism and nazis. fascinating, if a bit disturbing. HA! Good Fun! -
nice late edit... and 'course you once again bring up the nazis in true volish fashion. am gonna start considering the possibility o' a dopple if this keeps up with you self contradicting and resorting to nazi comparisons. add a lolz or two and am thinking the concerns is cemented. regardless, am gonna need be more specific with your example. as we noted earlier, you once again bumfuzzled a claim with your private land fishing complaint regarding covid. regardless, if the argument is that all government authority is tainted 'cause o' extreme exceptions, am gonna write this off as a predictable gd auto fail. btw, Gromnir has mentioned buck v. bell more than once on these boards. widely criticized but has never been specific overturned, but you are gonna need show the receipts. vague accusation, particular from you, is less than convincing. you tend to grasp bits from memory and all too often get important details jumbled in the process. that said, there were indian reservation doctors doing sterilizations far too recent for anybody save proud boys and stephen miller to support. for the nonce, all we see here is gd doing the marjorie taylor green silliness where she compares common sense covid restrictions to nazi extremes. vol ii? mini-vol? bunker troll vol? am kinda liking the last one. proof. we have pointed out the inaccuracy o' vol crazy train generalizations of antifa and blm. is not same as defending the behaviours, and goals o' antifa. show where antifa as an organization supports rape as a tactic. you made such a claim and never backed it up with proof. constant recognizing the rabid and unsubstantiated gross generalizations made by vol concerning any number o' groups is not support o' such groups. as an attorney, we represented gangs and white supremacists and religious groups with questionable motives (cults.) we made certain each such client understood how we personal found their organization and members to be repugnant gutter trash and if we saw 'em bleeding to death in an alley we would possibly hesitate before calling 911, so help us God. such personal disgust did not prevent us from defending their first amendment claims, 'cause even though we saw such clients as ambulatory human offal, they might nevertheless be victims o' injustice. history made clear to us how it weren't so long ago that naacp and homosexuals were treated the same way we felt 'bout the kkk and the crips and recent events should make clear to all that society may regress as well as evolve. we criticized vol. is ez and is the right thing to do. criticize vol is not the same as supporting antifa. HA! Good Fun!

first, blood/dna is not how Gromnir's "kin" recognize familial bonds. shared experience and traditions is what counts, and lord knows vol's experiences is clear foreign to ours. second, you do realize it is mildly offensive to suggest all indigenous people o' the Americas is somehow related, yes? is +570 recognized tribes in the US register, and those recognized tribes, as we has mentioned more than once, is not representing a comprehensive list. is many indigenous people who have never been having their "kin" acknowledged by the Fed and State governments o' the US. probable in the ballpark o' mid-700s unique and distinct cultures. we were gonna leave as vol being vol. is not worth correcting vol even though we has indulged the pointless labor with sysphisian resolve more than once. am suspecting bruce is kinda/sorta joking, but isn't as humorous as you might suspect. HA! Good Fun!

'cause all too often they is your only friend. car broken down on the side o' the road literal 100 miles from nowhere and zero cell phone service. a cop, 90 times outta 100, will pull over and offer help when most folks would drive on by with only a guilty glance in the rearview mirror to acknowledge your existence. your crazy neighbor follows vol posts and thinks all blm and antifa folks is supporting murder and mayhem, and you are a minority who looks like you belong to blm and/or antifa. neighbor is shouting obscenities at you and you can see him with a gasoline can and emergency flares as he threatens to set your house on fire. malc doesn't call cops-- they ain't your friends? etc. *shrug* same reasoning for lawyers. why would you ever trust a guy in a three thousand dollar suit and five hundred dollar pair o' loafers? he/she is not your friend. 'course when some dirtbag landlord is trying to evict you for no good reason, or your former boss is blacklisting you and preventing you from being hired anywhere, a lawyer may be your only friend. even more so with criminal charges, you may find yourself unexpected friendless. accused o' some heinous crime none o' your real friends wanna be a part o', but is your lawyer who shows up at 3:00am at jail and fights for you. takes your panic'd calls when sheriff shows up at your home with a warrant and starts taking your property. have heard same silly reasoning for a bunch o' different professions and is typical volish bs. paint all members o' the group with same oversized brush? ridiculous. yeah, cops tend to be a bit broken. we sympathize with battered women and abused children and military vets who had to endure flight-or-flight anxiety on a daily basis for extended periods o' time. 'course cops ain't victims, so fact they is enduring brain busting traumas all too frequent to be healthy is ignored. is hardly a surprise so many cops shatter under the pressures and is yet another reason why cop training and counseling needs be prioritized. that said, collective we sympathize with kids who were abused by parents or schoolmates, and we lament the victims o' domestic abuse, but cops is just monsters and maniacs. military vets perhaps may sympathize a bit? sure, in recent decades, when they first come home, everybody applauds the sacrifice o' those who served in the military, but the addulation don't last long if the vet cannot acclimate to ordinary society. am understanding cop phobia. lord do we understand. am thinking the fear is reasonable 'cause you cannot know if the cop you are dealing with is one o' the hopeless flawed and busted. best to assume you are in danger from cops. assume danger is different than believe as does malc and vol... by now one would assume folks might at least reflect on their position if they sudden find vol is agreeing with 'em. vol ain't always wrong, but lumped together with him is not an enviable place to be. HA! Good Fun!

the comments is wacky for any place, including kanada, which has experienced community spread. masks, particular cloth masks, as a means o' preventing the wearer from contracting covid-19 is useless and perhaps worse than useless. we tried to point out how masks don't protect the wearer to our +80-year-old aunt in socal and am knowing she didn't get it. vol comments is generalized 'bout usefulness o' masks and they complete miss point. 'ccording to vol, because is no mandate to wear masks where he lives, and virus has not spread, is proof masks is useless in US and elsewhere. uses a freaking meme as support for his position. wacky. if vol were to opine 'bout mask mandates in a place where the virus has negligible footprint and thus asymptomatic community spread is a non-concern, then he would have a point and not be wacky, but such is not the case. misrepresenting vol? why on earth would you do so? HA! Good Fun!

not internet. likely bad reading skills from vol. internet will tell vol there were eighteen complaints for chauvin, but only two disciplines, with one case still open. now, in retrospect, is strong reason to believe chauvin shoulda' been disciplined more. is perhaps a good argument for why police should not be investigating themselves. nevertheless, vol misinterpreted and mental transposed discipline and complaint. bad vol. HA! Good Fun! -
... similar to skarp_one earlier, your unhinged response does wonders to prove our point. speaking for Gromnir is always a bad idea for vol as vol can barely string together coherent ideas for himself. stick to what we said as 'posed to what you attribute to us and you will make fewer mistakes. fewer. not expecting miracles. and is tough to work up much compassion for vol's most recent victimization troll seeing how he is the one who curiously injected race into our criticism o' the republicans who attacked kushner. you bring up race outta nowhere and then have a little fit o' apoplexy when somebody observes how inappropriate were your fixation on race... which predictable set you off on a race-based rant. okie dokie. as for skarp_one... *chuckle* you cannot help self, can you? we already responded to your "change it, " charge, but you either forgot or didn't understand. possible spam: we got no solutions save obvious bit o' overused pith: think globally, act locally. solutions is not gonna come from washington dc or even nashville. get enough localities to change and eventual you will see the same kinda homogenization which occurred to bring 'bout our current difficulties with policy and training fails 'mongst police. horrible solution... complete unsatisfactory and is assuming a temporal remote timeline for widespread change. fundamental problem is US police is different, as is so much in the US. we look like much o' the western world from the pov o' a casual outside observer, but our Constitution and values is different. requires unique solutions. 'course you could change the Constitution and make federal police possible. so, our response is: read it. not only is changing the Constitution on a polarizing issue so utter improbable as to be equivalent o' suggesting we use a billon gummy bears to fix the police problems, but it ain't even desirable. next time, read it. HA! Good Fun!

there is that. admitted, if we see linked story is one o' vol's gateway pundit bits, we ignore 'cause is vol... and 'cause is gateway pundit. is more than a few reddit cellar warriors who misuse selective quotes from otherwise reputable sources, but such is not gd's problem. gd, unlike the reddit folks, is not dishonest. he also ain't hopeless as is vol and similar persons. gd can be the wild-eyed hermit with his lantern and his dogs. we believe in gd. bunker troll vol has brought up nazis multiple times in the last few pages when criticizing the actions taken by US government and you were making such observations as you defended your criticism o' government covid actions. those observations were of course random and had nothing to do with your criticism o' US excesses of authority? serious? you were making a comparison. the comparison were noted. (edit: the earlier hitler comparison were 'bout saying anything positive re cuba. nevertheless, is a very vol tactic) and no, the US doesn't have the authority to forcibly sterilize people as even when it were embraced by the Court, it were done so as a function o' police power, which as you well know is reserved to the states. in fact, in 2015 (2016?) the US senate voted (unanimous) to support victims of forced sterilization with government assistance. the most recent state example? hmmm. california department of corrections was accused of sterilizing women as recent as 2010, but the Courts did not uphold such sterilizations as legal. what were being done in ca had been functional illegal since 1964 but explicit prohibited since 1979. the defense o' the corrections system weren't buck v. bell, but rather ignorance, those monsters genuine claimed they had no idea the law had changed and thought they were doing legal operations w/o the consent o' those custodial wards o' the state (i.e. women prisoners). states might argue based on buck v. bell that such a power to sterilize exists, even though current all states now have prohibitions on such, but it is unlikely to hold up in court. is a bit like when the trump administration tried to use korematsu as support for their initial muslim ban executive orders. you are gonna need work very hard to find any lawyer or judge who disagrees with the observation buck v bell is bad law, but there just hasn't been a specific case to overrule it which has made it to SCOTUS. HA! Good Fun! ps (edit) https://www.pbs.org/independentlens/documentaries/belly-of-the-beast/ saw this after posting. is 'bout the forced sterilizations in ca women prisons which were happening relative recent. but again, such sterilizations were not being done with legit government authority. nevertheless, am suspecting more than a few would be shocked to learn how recent such evils has happened. have not viewed, so we cannot say anything as to quality. pps also, there has been recent accusations o' women being sterilized while in ice facilities during obama and trump years, but again, nobody is actual arguing that if such sterilizations occurred w/o consent, they would be anything but illegal and thus not with government authority.

not bothering to read your link, but even w/o doing so we are able to conclude with certainty you is humorous wrong. when other folks has linked the ills of the republican party and the rise o' the q influence as some kinda white trend, is Gromnir who noted how in spite o' trump campaign lawsuits targeting urban areas with higher concentrations o' democrat and minority voters, he outperformed hillary clinton from 2016 almost everywheres save states where there were automatic registration... which is another point which keeps falling on deaf ears. the correlation fails o' trying to find a flaw in white americans which explains the current problems o' the republican party would be amusing save for fact some o' these same folk complain, justifiable so we might add, when some dirtbag suggests a minority group is predisposed to crime, cause just look at the statistics. is not just white and working class who support trump, but white and working class is effective the target o' the messaging coming from trump. again, we didn't bother with your link, but is Gromnir who keeps saying that 30% o' republicans is having a stranglehold on the party as a whole. those fringe elements were mocked and ridiculed for decades by washington republicans, but the republican party is aware they will lose near every election if that 30% choses to revolt. the trump base is white and working class, but it is indeed disappointing how moderate republicans instead o' trying to purge the party o' the more violent and extreme fringe elements has decided they cannot afford to anger or even disappoint those lunatics. on january 6, after the insurrection, lindsey graham said he were done with trump. on january 9... no doubt lindsey thought the insurrection would break trumpism. the sc senator's january 6 speech condemning the efforts o' trump and his followers to overturn the election (efforts which lindsey participated in willingly btw) were no doubt mr. graham's attempt to get ahead o' the anticipated tsunami o' loyalists abandoning the trump cause. ... sadly, is not just white and working class who support trump. democrats better not ignore the multiple percentage point gains made by trump in 2020 amongst black males and latinos in the south and southwest. crazy and angry is not a racial quality. should be abundant clear how a few % points will make or break a campaign in the 2020s. HA! Good Fun! ps is amusing 'cause months before the election vol actual posted an insightful yahoo news article 'bout the biden campaign's mistakes in florida. vol didn't bother to read anything but the article title, so he complete misunderstood, but the article were addressing biden campaign folk complaining about how little were being done in south florida to motivate voters. to be fair, the perceived incompetence were in part due to the limitations imposed by covid-19 and biden's efforts to use social distanced outreach as posed to boots on the ground and the traditional knocking on doors. nevertheless, numerous biden campaign people saw way ahead o' time that florida were gonna be a problem and weren't gonna be 'cause o' white and working class. -
guilty o' what? whose standard o' guilt? you gonna leave up to the courts to decide for you? and keep in mind is civil litigation, which means is not guilt which the court would be assigning. am already knowing vol won't care what the nfl decides. legitimacy o' ab preserved messages to the plaintiff don't appear to be a matter o' controversy, which in our mind makes ab, at the very least, guilty o' crimes 'gainst the english language. moreover, am not able to think o' any situation or circumstances when such words would be appropriate. foul. vulgar. crude. vile. if had been Gromnir who sent messages, would we be able to explain self to our grandparents why such messages were anything other than damning? am not sure what is the true north for vol's moral compass, but whenever am unsure, we call up the ghosts o' our grandparents and ask 'em... metaphorical 'course, am not complete loony. grandma would weep. vol is not gonna suggest the plaintiff were possible "asking for it"? 'course not. hope not. and even if the plaintiff were a world class grifter and liar, it wouldn't change what the messages says 'bout ab. unless is proof ab messages is fake, then am o' the opinion ab is already guilty o' being a world-class dirtbag. answering in the affirmative the accusations central to civil suit itself would only have the possible result o' magnifying and cementing such conclusions. answers to questions o' guilt and innocence is rare ending concerns 'bout right and wrong. HA! Good Fun!

borrowing the immortal words o' vol, no. am thinking most people do not understand what a corporation is. not social organization. most US corporations have a single owner. many corporations do indeed have multiple shareholders or is public traded, but the vast majority is single owners who wish to limit their financial liability. most simple description: corporations is a scheme for encouraging business ventures and investment. that's all. example: bob wants to start a commode refurbishing business but he don't want to lose his house or his daughter's college fund if the venture fails to succeed, 'cause a commode refurbishing business is not a slam dunk venture, eh? so bob files articles o' incorporation for his new business. the corporation is a legal construct which provides bob with a certain amount o' security from creditors. as long as bob don't comingle funds or break certain rules and laws, he can't lose more in his commode business than he has invested. bob's commode business assets is separate from his personal assets. so, no. HA! Good Fun!

vol may have the attention span o' a goldfish, but don't let him and trump distract you. yes, the mayor o' london has said mean things to trump, but that ain't what started the whole "nasty" nonsense. trump lied. he lied for no reason. not only did he lie, but he had his campaign try and refute his lie with additional lies. so trump, instead o' apologizing or distancing himself from the lie, is gonna get as much mileage as possible outta this swirling toilet o' idiocy. his followers love to watch trump fight. so trump takes his lie and transforms... is now 'bout whether or trump should need sit quiet and meek while folks is being nasty to him? don't follow trump and vol down into the sewer. if you are gonna make mistake o' jumping into the toilet in the first place, at least be the floater who refuses to be dragged down with the likes o' the potus... and vol. success o' biden and the dnc should be measured in part based on their goals... although am having to admit we believe the goals were misguided. over the course o' four nights there were a whole lotta obama nostalgia on display. given how biden were vice president during the obama administration, am understanding why capitalizing on obama popularity with democrats makes sense. however, like it or not, trump is correct that the reason he is in the wh is in part 'cause o' obama. too many o' those lower middle-class rust belt/battleground state voters who bought obama's message o' change in 2008 felt complete betrayed by 2016. yeah, rose and vol is talking nonsense. Trump Tries To Appeal To 'Housewives' And White Suburbs, But His Views Seem Outdated Trump appeals to 'Suburban Housewives of America' "The Trump administration on Thursday repealed the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing rule, which was implemented in 2015 and required localities to draw up plans to address housing discrimination to receive certain federal funding." is one o' many examples o' the obama admin addressing needs o' poor, minorities, children and women, an effort trump is seeking to destroy for pure political reasons. in a choice 'tween obama nostalgia and trump, is doubtful most minorities will need agonize. nevertheless, obama were soundly and legit criticized by minorities for not being a more vocal advocate. no doubt vol will contort himself like a pretzel when he fights Gromnir's observation that obama were justifiable raked over the coals for his tepid and tardy response to the michael brown situation. the thing is, the 2020 dnc were complete tone deaf to their 2016 mistakes, which were not limited sole to clinton being the candidate for President. may be hard to believe given the relative impotence o' trump in 2017 and 2018, but both houses o' Congress were republican those years. weren't just clinton who lost. if the democrats and biden wanna heal division and appeal to independents (and wavering republicans) in battleground states, they gotta sell more than obama nostalgia. yeah, am getting how the protests is a divisive and charged topic and the democrats don't wanna alienate the more extreme elements o' their party by saying anything other than a blanket and generalized condemnation o' all violence everywhere. such cowardice is only a little better than trump's claims o' there being good people on both sides at charlottesville. the lower middle class rust belt factory workers and midwest farmers who has financial suffered the most under trump is nevertheless complete loyal to trump and that is at least in part due to the fact that they feel ignored by the democratic party. good reason to feel ignored if you don't merit a mention by almost every speaker over the course o' four days. point out fail o' covid-19 is likely enough to get biden the win in november. flu season will have already returned by mid/late october and we will be in the midst o' the predicted second wave which hasn't yet arrived in the US. old people, regardless o' party, will have much reason to fear more years o' trump and unless william' barr's contrived investigation results in a true jaw-dropping scandal, we don't see a way for trump to extricate himself from the mess he created, regardless o' how much fear and division he peddles. fear o' covid-19 will be far more immediate and real as 'posed to ideological hobgoblins conjured up by conservative radio and trump loyalists. am nevertheless disappointed the democrats made so little effort to heal wounds. claims o' being the inclusive party ignores reality the democrats is willing to look past those portions o' the map which is current bleeding red. fail, in spite o' fact the democrats likely achieved goals o' the dnc. fyi, 3 u.s. code § 2: “whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct.” all trump needs do is convince a few red states to go along with his mail-in ballot conspiracy nonsense. sure, is no more honest than claims that some identifiable and noteworthy aspect o' the protesters in portland is genuine attempting to bring 'bout the downfall of the United States of America, but reality not matter if you get the right partisan folks to play along with the charade. vol is being vol. complain 'bout the election is not anything remote similar to genuine obstruction o' the results. say, "i got skrewed," is not what people are worried 'bout. sure, is petty and we expect such from folks such as trump and clinton, but actual interference with the election itself and peaceful transfer o' power after such an election is the fear. sidenote Full D.C. Appeals Court Agrees To Take Up Michael Flynn Legal Case not good news for flynn. HA! Good Fun!

y'know, the thing which bothers us 'bout all too many 2nd amendments honks is their lack o' honesty. perhaps is self delusion, and am not sure if such makes better or worse. the framers waxed poetic, but they were much aware how many liberties had a human cost. the tree o' liberty were watered with the blood o patriots... and innocents. our entire justice system is based on the notion it is better for ten guilty men to go free than for one innocent man to suffer. cold comfort for the person who is victimized by an individual who would be in prison but for the exclusionary rule. is all kinda liberties we got which make us less safe, but we endure 'cause the cost in human life is outweighed by the value o' freedom. is no way to look at US and world firearms death numbers and conclude an abundance o' guns makes us safer. the founders, whatever their issues, weren't idiots either. the hope were guns would make us safer from tyrants, and so we as a people were willing to suffer the otherwise unnecessary firearm incidents at the hands o' our fellow citizens and ourselves, 'cause US suicide by handgun is also disproportionate high. am not certain why is so hard for the second amendment folks to be honest. as to safety and stringent gun law statistics, am betting you is one o' those folks amazed by maps showing covid spread as being almost identical to 5g tower locations. high population densities tend to result in higher crime and more poverty and, no surprise, increased firearm deaths. this is vol logic with his stoopid mask wacky. out in the sticks where they ain't had covid-19 spread, they also haven't bothered implementing strict mask policies, and yet everybody is fine. for vol, such is proof masks don't work. you are making same mistake with gun laws. and no, guns are not particular hard to aquire, and your ultra-conservative media sources and their cherry picked and edited videos which leave out pertinent information hardly refutes such. similar video evidence no doubt is what has you believing in holocaust denialism. 2nd amendment put limits on just how tough it is to acquire. period. @Guard Dog am personal terrified o' irs even though we are perhaps overpaying a bit just to be on safe side. had one audit a few years ago which went exceeding smooth, but we took huge losses during 2008-2011 and initially the irs guys didn't believe anybody would be so foolish as to metaphorical keep throwing money into an open fire. were a real estate gamble which payed off big in post recession, but am admitting it looked sketchy. irs accepted all our losses and we literal were able to not pay taxes from 2009 through 2018, but we knew things coulda' gone sideways if the irs folks didn't believe Gromnir and our accountant. had a perfectly civil and cordial relation with the irs folks, but if we got an audit letter from them tomorrow, we would get the same sensation o' a thousand bees made o' ice swarming in our stomach. no doubt such a feeling would once again last for the months it would take to clear up the situation. HA! Good Fun! ps our fear o' irs is based on what we assume were your issue. am knowing even if we made a good faith mistake in reliance on advice from a reputable tax professional, we could still be complete and utter screwed.

pointing out cops ain't friends 'cause o' the fact they is bringers o' misfortune, but when confronted with the reality o' help they provide and you dismiss as them being mercenary. if you cannot admit the manifest unfairness, then we are at an impasse. cops is no more or less likely to be your friends than people in any other profession, well, unless you are a drug dealer or purveyor o' kiddie pr0n, or some other kinda criminal who is likely to be on the wrong side o' cops too often to foster friendships. recognize the potential harm a bad cop may deliver 'pon you w/o justification is reasonable, but stereotype the armed and oakley wearing cops is just the kinda thing vol does with antifa and blm. don't be that guy. you can be better than vol. while Gromnir were working as a prosecutor (brief moment in our career) we got to know more than a few cops both state and fed. numerous salt-of-the-earth quality folks. one such cop we knew happened to see us at a hospital. were our day off but she were working. she couldn't help but notice our backpack were moving and commented on such a curiosity. our sister were in the hospital and we were sneaking her dog in for a visit. this woman cop kinda rolled her eyes but from that point on, every few weeks, she would find an excuse to stop by and greet us at work. she would present us with a small stuffed animal and ask us to pass it along to our sister in lieu o' bringing her dog to the hospital. paul just wanted to sit on his porch and drink cheap wine... stare at sunset or stars or whatever. we always referred to cops by last name, except for paul. paul wanted out of the field and were looking forward to being a desk jockey. serious. he wanted nothing more than an eventless 20 years behind a desk after which he could be a full-time porch guy and wine drinker. reminded us o' mr. rogers-- he were not soft, but he were the most mild and even-tempered person you were ever gonna meet. mr. rogers in BDU. etc. such folks weren't exceptions. HA! Good Fun!

am very much against any individual who resorts to violence to make a point much less murder. 'course you blame antifa and blm for every cop who is murdered 'cause o' your perverted transitive property fails. most o' your other claims, (eg. atifa rapists) is lunatic fringe stuff and hardly merits response 'cause again, you latch on to singular examples from the most tangential related individuals and actions to condemn literal thousands. such behaviour is obvious unreasonable and wrong and doesn't need reply save for our repeated mention o' sadness o' how quirky kanadian gamer vol were amusing and the 2020 incarnation is something else. what a shame. and your selective quoting is not helping you make a case... you left out, "for the endorsement of any product, service or enterprise, or for the private gain of friends, relatives, or persons with whom the employee is affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity." either intentional or a grammar fail, but is not that the product endorsement need be for personal gain to be inappropriate and illegal. 'course campaign activities on federal land/property is also illegal, which is why yesterday's rose garden speech were so bizarre. we do miss loony and harmless vol. HA! Good Fun! ps we has expressed many times how much the goals o' antifa offends us. when first amendment rights, put into practice, offend a listener, the response should be the one described in our signature as expressed by J. Brandeis. just as is a failure o' character to respond to nazis in skokie with silence, it would be inappropriate to stop their parade with force. am thinking we ain't been subtle 'bout our displeasure with antifa espoused goals, but such is a long way off from blaming antifa for rando murders.
