    Can someone help me make an legendary Wizard?

    I went with (17/11/14/10/17/9) The 11 in Con is for choosing Rauatai. Spellwise I went with Slicken/Fan of Flames/Jolting touch and Ghost Blades. I think I should be ok.

    Any idea what best starting stats an elf wizard should have. I try not to have negative stats but does it really affect something?
