Said poster has also been known to spout off about "SJWs" - so that makes almost a perfect trifecta of #gamergate douchebagery....
Wouldn't lump SJW in with autism. Making fun of a person's politics and making fun of a person's handicap are different levels of offense.
Personally I have always just preferred the D&D way and just restrict classes to what armor they can wear. And here we have a situation where freedom of choice was the goal and we end up with far less variation than D&D where fighters & clerics wore heavy, rogues leather, mages robes, barbs chain, etc.
It's just weird to me using a monk with a 1h + shield. If they were good unarmed or maybe dual wielding I could give them a go, but shield on a monk I just can't do.
Most real humans are complex. That said, most humans are probably "good" or "neutral." And there are some that are pure evil like jihadists and whatnot. But as for the NPC's, I agree that they will probably all be neutralish.
