  1. If I can paint a bloody swathe through ranks of ignorant guardsmen with only my witchblade, I'm pretty satisfied. Being an animated armor could be fun too.
  2. Tiberium Wars looks and plays pretty good from the demo. I might get it.
  3. Probably the only mounted combat I've ever seen. Hehe, I love the mounted combat in that game, though I only played the demo, really. If they built an actual game around the combat, it'd be pretty nice. I haven't actually been following it, actually. Are they out of beta? They're still in beta, but it's something like 0.89 now, and the game is getting updated pretty regularly, I gather. About the mounted combat, probably the only games where I've seen it are Ocarina of Time and Dynasty games.
  4. Thanks to Jim linking to Transmetropolitan wikipedia article, now I have to read the comics.
  5. This could turn out to be awesome.
  6. I've never had a sig pic, but I've had roughly 12 avatars here.
  7. I'm also trying out Mount and Blade, which is ok. Probably the best mounted combat I've ever seen.
  8. Dark Crusade, as Tau. I'm on the Green Coast with only two units in my honour guard. Awesome.
  9. Bought it from Helsingin Fantasiapelit last friday, 40
  10. I think I will eventually finish the series, it's just that the last three books have been so utterly boring. The only high point was the cleansing of...well you know.
  11. Deerhoof - Panda song
  12. Ergo has like 6 big mind**** episodes, and I adore all of them. Especially the second to last one, theme park episode. Goddamn brilliant. And btw: GTO is awesome. I got so many recommendations that I had to try and so far it's hilarious.
  13. Still Dark Crusade, this time as Imperial Guard. Considering how little I get to play games, this game consumes my time like a virus. Heretics are a bitch by the by, I kept having to fend them off the small island on the eastern shore of my holdings and now they finally bumrushed my base there. I forgot to rebuild my Mars Pattern system last time I threw them back and the Chaos could thanks to that attack my almost defenseless base. Most of my defensive tactics concentrate around building a Baneblade and then delivering the Emperor's holy devastation upon the would-be attackers. Without Mars Pattern, I have to tech up to that and it takes some time, ususally enough that the enemy army is knocking my base to smithereens. The Imperial guard don't have much that can face up to two groups of Obliterators, several Horrors and a legion Chaos Marines supported by three Defilers(my god I hate that unit) and a sorcerer. Especially without Baneblades of Leman Russ's. Yet, the game is bliss.
  14. Yes, finally! It's actually pretty decent, now that I've watched the three non-filler episodes out.
  15. I don't know about cute, but she sure is funny.

  16. He can be a jerk, but he could never be an ****! Our Ninja-Chu.

  17. Tiberium Wars FF 12 Halo 3 Mercenaries 2 HL 2 Orange
  18. Why is the colour of infinity blue?
  19. ^True that, it can get irksome in the long run. Consequently, I don't envy the sale representatives of Games Workshop. Take for example Thomas Ohlsson of GW Finland, he has to offer an example game for anyone entering the store, give starting advice and take time to help any newcomers with their painting problems and the shop is open from 11 to 19.30 with over two hundred visitors every day. I'd imagine that this kind of density of customer service would burn anyone up. No wonder his eyes looked rather glazed. :D Just an observation.
  20. I loved the BG 2 brand of ultra-high fantasy. It felt like they really overdid the fantastic aspects, instead of pretending of holding a balance. It bordered on the side of wacky, especially at Warden's and Sahuagin Fortress and I absolutely loved it. I usually prefer low-fantasy, but BG 2 embraced the multitudes of facets the Planes and FR presented and it worked oh-so-well.
  21. Daft Punk - Something about us
  22. Oh yeah, sorry about that. Natural instinct when I'm sitting in a car and I see a Finn.. Being Swedish and all that. It's all right, I got on with your ladyfriend, so it's alright. Though seriously, a red Volvo? And that tweed cap?
  23. I prefer the downgraded steampunk to metropolian visions of steamwork towns. Especially if that downgraded steampunk is seasoned with noir.
  24. I've had sleep paralysis for innumerable times, but never with a hallucination. I'd almost like to experience it, so that I'd know what it's like. Sleep paralysis itself was pretty cool when it happened for the first time. Of course, I was 12 at the time and it wasn't such a big deal besides the fact that finally something special happened to me. I had been run over by a car before and epilepsy sort of made a small unceremonial gap between me and the normies, but sleep paralysis was like something from horror flicks. Some uncontrollable innner power that manifested out of whim and left me in sweat and mentally ravaged. During the experience I always tried its limits and learned how to end the damn thing before...well, I presumed something should happen with such a momentous shutdown of the body. Usually I could only make small wheezing noises and move my right hand horizontally. It was possible to force myself from the stasis by slowly, 'cos slowly was the only thing I was capable of, moving my hand till the shock from the sudden stress caused my body to reboot. I got it about three times a month till I was 15 or so, and I nowadays get maybe once or twice a year, so back then the phenomenon felt almost like I could force it to happen. No matter that I understood what is causing it. It's definetly one of the hallmarks of my psyche. A defining factor on what makes me myself.
